20 Min BURPEE BLAST Cardio Workout


No equipment needed, this is no repeat, every other exercise is a variation of my favourite bodyweight cardio and strength move; burpees!!! As with all of the low intensity cardio I do at home, there is no break so constant work at a steady pace!! The timer will be on constantly for 45 seconds of work, straight into next exercise! The timer is just a guide so please don’t worry if it takes afew seconds to get into position! Go at YOUR OWN PACE! We all have different energy levels! Different cardio fitness levels!
