20 Min BURPEE BLAST Cardio Workout
No equipment needed, this is no repeat, every other exercise is a variation of my favourite bodyweight cardio and strength move; burpees!!!
As with all of the low intensity cardio I do at home, there is no break so constant work at a steady pace!!
The timer will be on constantly for 45 seconds of work, straight into next exercise! The timer is just a guide so please don’t worry if it takes afew seconds to get into position!
Go at YOUR OWN PACE! We all have different energy levels! Different cardio fitness levels! And different levels of experience of burpees!
