Equipment Used - 2 x 7.5kg Weights The WKOUT : Workout Starts 4.40 Minutes In Time It Takes To Complete The Following: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Reps For Time: DB Thrusters V-Ups 5 Burpees After Each Round To Clarify: Do 1 thruster and 1 v-up, then 5 burpees. Then 2 thrusters and 2 v-ups, then 5 burpees...and so on till you get to 10.
