Here's the breakdown if anyone would like it (to the best of my ability) :)
5 min skipping
10 floor release push ups
10 box jump ups
X3
10 wall burpees
10 box jumpovers (jump sideways onto box, step down on other side)
X3
10 wall burpees/ tuck jump
10 pushup to jump on box
X3
10 challenger bar pull ups (feet on box)
5 wall walks with push up at bottom
X3
15 weighted squats
15 challenger bar tricep dips
X3
10 L/R side windmill (not sure how to describe this one lol)
10 round the world with squat
X3
10 alternating bicep curls
20 KB swings
X3
