Ingredients:
1 egg
1 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder


Method:
Bake in any thin wafer waffle maker, such as a krumkaka or pizzelle iron, or gaufrette baker. You may need to add coconut flour to adjust the batter for individual differences in the various irons.
Dust cookies with cinnamon sweetened with any non-sugar sweetener.

There is approximately 3 g net carbs in the whole recipe, which makes about 15 cookies. So about 5 cookies will be 1 net carb.
