ORANGE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 3 Oranges
- 1/2 c Coconut Milk (canned)
- 1/8 c Raw Honey (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c Ice
Cooking Steps
Peel your oranges and place them in your Vitamix or other high
speed blender. Add coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and ice. Blend all
ingredients at high speed until well blended. Voila! Here is your
delicious and healthy smoothie! You may even add your favorite protein
powder to this drink.
