Crockpot Beef Shank
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pounds beef shank
- ½ tablespoon rosemary
- ½ tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups Beef Bone Broth
Instructions
- Season the beef shanks with herbs, salt, and pepper. Arrange in the crockpot.
- Add onion and garlic around the sides of the meat.
- Pour broth over all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 8-10 hours.
Serve it over cauliflower mash or butternut squash mash or mashed potatoes.
