I have loved 12 minute athlete for years. Quick workouts that can be doubled for time for a longer workout. But this 12 minutes is as hard as any long HIIT you can do. Plus a blessing when you are travelling and you have to workout in your hotel room! Now time your reps and see if you can beat my time!!
