Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 avocado
- 4 tbsp sauerkraut
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Halve the avocado and remove seed.
- Blend the sauerkraut and garlic in a food processor (add water if needed).
