Mix dry ingredients
Melt coconut oil and butter together in saucepan over low heat (Allow to cool slightly before adding to wet ingredients)
Mix wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Fill baking cups 2/3 full with batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
Cool completely before frosting

- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 5 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (reduce sea salt to 1/4 teaspoon if using salted butter)
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
