Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Filling:
8oz organic cream cheese (softened, NOT at room temp)
2 tbsp maple syrup
For muffins:
1 cup nutbutter (I prefer almond)
1 cup roasted pumpkin puree
3 large eggs
¼ cup raw honey
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
Strudel topping:
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp butter, soft
1 tsp cinnamon
