Sunday Salad
- 3 cups fresh mesclun greens
- 2 large handfuls chopped basil
- 1 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 to 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 2 handfuls clover sprouts
- 5 to 8 radishes, sliced
- Kalamata olives (optional)
- 3 to 5 Tbsp dulse flakes
- 3 to 5 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- ½ to 2 Tbsp Cajun spice mix
- Juice of 1 to 1½ lemons
- Olive oil (optional)
