Summary of Detox

To make juice for breakfast and leftover for shake after a workout;

2 beets,peeled and chopped,2 carrots,chopped,1 banana,1inch ginger,peeled,water to cover,1T raw honey.Blend till juice and foam.You should have enough for your shake with protein after the workout.

Snack;boiled egg(you need the protein for no muscle loss)

Lunch;bowl of detox soup

Snack;raw veggies or leftover juice

Dinner;3oz of protein,baked or steamed( use seasoning any season for flavor)2cups of steamed garlic veggies of choice

Workout shake;take leftover juice from morning or make more for after workout and add a scoop of protein.

Drink 8glasses of water with lemon throughout the day and green tea for your coffee

Supplements;fish oil,digestive enzymes(optional cuz you are eating raw),probiotics.Take 2x daily before meal.



Day2

2handfuls of spinach,1/2cuke,bunch of parsley,1 apple no seeds the whole thing,1 stalk of celery,chia seeds 1T(buy at health food store) or flaxseed,1T raw honey,1/2 banana and distilled water.Blend till juiced and foam.(Both days should make alot)Drink a big glass and save for shake.If leftover drink as snack.Store leftover in fridge.

Snack,lunch,dinner and the rest is the same as day 2.If you want to continue than alternate days with juice or mix it up.I feel both juices have different benefits.Oh yeah,dont be alarm if your poop is reddish it is from the beets.And your urine is darker.From the beets.
