Andouille and Eggs

Andouille stir fry Ingredients 1 teaspoon olive oil or coconut oil 3/4 pound Andouille sausages 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 medium-size yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 3/4 cup chicken broth 1 teaspoon arrowroot flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 large egg Directions Cut sausage into 1/2-inch slices. (on a slant) Heat large sauté pan or wok with oil at medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add sausage and sauté for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to pan, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. In a small bowl combine chicken broth and arrowroot flour. Whisk until arrowroot flour is dissolved. Pour into pan and let simmer until reduced by more than half. Add the eggs to the top of the pan and let cook then stir around to incorporate with the entire stir fry.

DIY Orange and Rose Toner

This gentle and soothing toner softens and moisturizes dry skin and is very easy to make at home. You will need: 1 cup distilled water 1 tbsp crumbled, dried orange rind 1 tbsp vegetable glycerin 1 tsp rose petals In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil then remove from heat. Add the herbs, cover, and steep for 45 minutes. Strain into a storage container and add the glycerin. Shake vigorously to blend. Using a cotton ball, apply about 1 tsp to the face or more as necessary to the body. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, then discard. Please use at your own discretion. Garlic Meat Balls in Tomato Sauce Posted by Zuzana - BodyRock.Tv | In Featured Articles , Food And Diet , Recipes Ingredients: 8 tomatos, 1 large red onion, fresh basil, parmesan, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, honey, chicken broth (1 cup), lots of garlic, sour cream, 4lbs of ground extra lean beaf (I made enough food for a regiment). I used about 21 cloves of garlic (they were really small). Use a garlic press and mix it well into the ground lean beef. Add about 4 tsp of garlic salt and 2 tsp of pepper. Make small balls out of the ground beef – you will have tons of them out of the 4lbs. Preheat a non stick frying pan on a medium heat and add about 2tblsp of olive oil. Saute the meatballs in batches until they turn brown and are cooked inside. I always covered the frying pan with a lid just for a few minutes. This pot is full of golden meat balls!
