This is a simple post. One I try to tell all. It is important to consume everyday in fruits and veggies. It is important to double up when feeling your going to get sick. It is so important in skincare.

Studies have shown that using sunscreen with vitamin C
protects the skin from further photo damage caused by ultra-violet rays.
But not all vitamin C is created equal.

2. It fights lines and wrinkles caused by oxidative stress

Oxidative stress mainly occurs when the skin is exposed to
pollutants and environmental aggressors, such as the sun’s UV rays.
When an antioxidant such as vitamin C is added to the skin,
it combats the oxidative stress, slows the aging process and protects the
skin.

Skin looks duller over time and starts to sag (yikes!). Vitamin C helps
combat dull-looking skin and helps improve firmness, so skin looks healthier
