3 Insane Kettlebell Workouts




Here was this week’s BCx Workout on LiveExercise.com. It was way more brutal than I thought – but using the proper weight is key. You want to use a heavy weight since it’s low reps, but don’t let the 8 reps fool ya! With no rest between exercises, this workout sneaks up on you fast! Have Fun!
#1 CIRCUIT
Kettlebell Swings (Hip Drive)
Push Ups
Squat Thrusts (bottom half of the burpee)
X 4 (NO REST – straight through)
#2 CIRCUIT
Kettlebell Swings (Hip Drive)
Thruster (Squat & Press)
2-Count Mountain Climbers
X 4 (NO REST – straight through)
#3 CIRCUIT
Kettlebell Swings (Hip Drive)
Heavy Pants (with Squat – see video below)
Burpees (4 reps since it’s a 4-count exercise)
X 4 (NO REST -straight through)

Now Repeat ALL Exercises 1 X through for 2 Full Rounds with NO REST. It will look like this:

#4 Final Circuit
8 Kettlebell Swings (Hip Drive)
8 Push Ups
