1A) Goblet Squat - 45 seconds (hold dumbbell at chest height in both hands)
1B) DB Row - 45 seconds per side

- Rest 15 seconds between exercises. 
- Repeat the superset 2 more times.

2A) DB Split Squat - 45 seconds per side
2B) Pushup or Spiderman Pushup - 45 seconds

- Rest 15 seconds between exercises. 
- Repeat the superset 1 more time.

That's it. It will take you 15 minutes and you'll feel your metabolism heating up and shooting through the roof with this one.
