Here was this week’s BCx Workout on LiveExercise.com. It was way more brutal than I thought – but using the proper weight is key. You want to use a heavy weight since it’s low reps, but don’t let the 8 reps fool ya! With no rest between exercises, this workout sneaks up on you fast!
