Gratitude Sun Salutations   Format: do 20 sun salutations, bringing to mind a person or thing that you are grateful for with each one. 1- Begin with your feet together and firmly planted on the ground. 2- Raise your arms above your head to mountain pose, palms together. Then bring them down into prayer post at heart center. 3- Fold forward over your feet, hinging at the hips. Feel free to bend your knees. 4- Place your hands on the ground and step back into a tall plank, hands just below shoulders, good core engagement (don't arch your back). 5- Lower down in a chaturanga push-up (which means keep your elbows hugging in close to your sides). Get Started On GAPS With This Easy Pot of Soup

Dr. Natasha outlines the GAPS nutritional protocol on her website and gives a recipe for Introduction Soup, I’m going to convert that recipe into standard recipe format to make it easier to get started. Please note there is a difference between meat stock and bone broth. Workout Format: do 3 rounds; do each move for the prescribed time, taking minimal rest as needed   1-  Thigh Jacks  (1:00) - this is similar to a jumping jack, but you will cross your hands and feet in front of you - alternate which hand/foot is in front each time you jump - stay light on your feet to protect your knees - this is a great warm up for your entire body, but also targets the calves and booty   2-  Squat with Alternating Side Leg Lift  (0:30) - with your legs in a sumo position (wide squat stance), squat down, keeping your knees tracking over your toes, weight back in your heels - when you come up, squeeze your booty and lift your left leg out to the side - squat down again and lift your right leg out to the side when you come up - repeat, alternating sides each time - keep your chest up - this is amazing for your booty    3-  Alternating Curtsy Lunge to Side Crunch  (0:45) - step your foot back in line with your front heel and squat down into a curt

Ingredients CRUST 4 cups riced cauliflower - this will be one good sized head of cauliflower 1 teaspoon oregano 1 whole egg pinch of salt PIZZA MEAT SAUCE 2 tablespoons healthy fat (lard, bacon grease, butter) ½ onion, chopped 1 pound ground beef 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon fennel, crushed ⅛ teaspoon ground thyme ¼ teaspoon paprika 1 cup tomato sauce Instructions Rinse the cauliflower, shake off any water and break into small flowerettes.
