Witch hazel  isn’t just for blemishes and oily skin, it’s also good for a number of other things you may or may not know about, so today’s article is about the many ways you can get all your bang for your buck out of witch hazel. The Top Uses for Witch Hazel 1. Blemishes Witch hazel is very astringent and is able to tone and tighten tissues bringing down redness and inflammation caused by acne. Swiping a cotton ball over clogged pores will actually help extract blackheads and shrink large pores with continued use. Witch hazel will also control oil production without over drying skin. 2. Diminish Under Eye Circles Speaking of toning and tightening tissues, applying witch hazel on those raccoon eyes will help constrict inflamed capillaries making your dark circles look lighter and brighter. You can even mix equal parts of witch hazel and strong  green tea  together, soak some  cotton rounds  in the mixture, pop them in the freezer, and use them to freshen and de-puff the ey

5 Total Body Tabata Workouts by DailyHIIT

Image
I have done tons of Tabata routines. Below, you will find 5 that I have put together. All are total body and I created them so you could add one or two to the end of your own routine, as a ‘burn out’, or you can also add all 5 together (resting after each one), for a total body workout in under 30 minutes! During the 20 seconds, the goal is to go all out. In the traditional Tabata protocol, the athletes worked at 170% of their VO2Max. While that may seem impossible or unattainable for most, the outcome remains the same. You must try and work as hard as you possibly can for those 20 seconds. If you feel fine after the 20 seconds, you are not working hard enough. Listen to your body, but DO challenge yourself! Each tabata is 4 minutes long and will consist of 2 different exercises that you will repeat 4 times to complete each Tabtata. Each exercise you will perform for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest after. After the 4 minutes are up, rest for 1 minute then move on to the next

While most of Europe rejects water fluoridation and many communities in the U.S. choose to end fluoridation due to activism, most communities still choose to fluoridate their water despite the known health dangers this toxin can have on the human body. Even if there was a ‘safe’ dose of fluoride (which there really isn’t), there is absolutely no way to regulate this. Furthermore, if you eat a bowl of cereal with milk and a Coke, you have likely overdosed on fluoride, likely exceeding the American Dental Association’s  recommended daily dose  by 230% When excessive amounts of fluoride are consumed, it can be a killer — a carcinogen that causes bone, lung, and bladder cancers. The “it” is f
