5 Day Workout, Surfer Girl Workout: Wipeout Wednesday

This workout uses cardio exercises with lunges and squats to come at the legs in all different directions. 60 seconds of burpees always get me dripping with sweat. This may be a short workout but it’s also a high intensity interval training workout and it will give you the results you are looking for.
You will need a rope for today’s exercise, if you don’t have one just jump like you do have a jump rope.


Wipeout Wednesday
Emphais: Legs/Cardio
60 sec. jog in place
jog in place
30 sec. lunges on each side (right and left)lunges
30 sec. high knees
high-knees
60 sec. burpees
burpees
30 sec. squats
squat
60 sec. jumping rope
jump rope
Repeat series a total of 3x, making this a 15 hiit workout.
This is a tough workout but at the end you will feel stronger for completing it. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water all day long. You will see more results and feel better if you continue to hydrate yourself throughout each day of this workout.
