Dive Bombers 10 reps
Burpees 5 reps
Squat leg lifts 20 reps each leg
Burpees 5 reps
Side plank lift 10 reps each leg
Burpees 5 reps
Pistol Squats 10 reps each leg
Burpess 5 reps

Time yourself and document what you do.
