Yoga is well-known for its ability to release the mind from the stress
that we endure throughout our daily lives; but what most don't know is
the lesser known physical benefit of yoga—the yoga glow.

Non-surgical "lift": Deep, yogic breaths can release
toxins from the body at a rate of about four to five times than normal
breath. Ergo, yoginis leave class a little less weighed down by physical
and mental waste.
